i am finding difficulty in downloading apps on this chromebook and i have tried many ways to solve it but didnt workout

Please provide more details. What are you trying to download; Chrome apps, Android apps, Linux apps, Progressive Web Apps, Windows apps, other?

Note that Pixelbooks and other Chromebooks run Chrome OS, not WIndows, so WIndows apps will not work on any Chromebook.
