You can make your Pixelbook easier to use by turning on accessibility features that work best for your needs.
Step 1: Find accessibility features
- In the bottom right, select the time to open the status area.
- Select Settings
.
- At the bottom, select Advanced.
- In the "Accessibility" section, select Manage accessibility features.
Step 2: Turn on a feature
Choose the accessibility features you'd like to use:
- Text-to-speech: Turn on the ChromeVox screen reader or Select-to-speak. See also "speak to type," below.
- Display: High contrast mode, screen magnifier, screen resolution, and text size.
- Keyboard: Sticky keys, on-screen keyboard, highlighting, keyboard repeat rate, and word prediction.
- Mouse and touchpad: Automatic clicking, tap dragging, cursor highlighting, and cursor size.
- Audio: Play all sounds together through all speakers.
