See or change orders

If you want to see if a refund was processed, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to the Payments profile
2. Click Subscriptions & services.
3. Find the product or service you requested a refund for, then click Manage. If you don’t see it, find "Other purchase activity" and click View purchases.
4. If you see the refund transaction, your refund has been processed.

If you see a charge for the order on your bank statement after canceling it, it's pending authorization and will disappear within a few days.

If your order was put on hold or canceled and you’re not sure why:

1. Sign in to the Payments profile
2. Click Subscriptions & services.
3. Find the product or service that got canceled and click Manage. If you don’t see it, find "Other purchase activity" and click View purchases.
4. Find the cancellation reason next to the order name.

If it was canceled because of a declined card, follow these steps to update your card information.

If it was canceled for another reason, contact the merchant's support team (i.e. Google Play support). You can find support contact information in the merchant's Help Center.
