Account does not exist?

I enter my correct email address. And Google tells me that my account does not exsist. Ive used this account for at least a decade. All of my information And pictures and and a lot of my accounts were Linked to this email address. I am very upset I Do not know what happened to my email address I need it back, When I try to make a new email address? It tells me that my email address is in use but when I go to log in to my email address it says it doesn't exist! I did not delete this email nor did I do anything to have it deleted. So I would like an explanation and help to recive my email

When you get the message "Couldn't find your Google account" that means either:  (1) you have the account name wrong, or (2) the account was deleted at some point and can no longer be recovered.
 
Account names are never re-used.  So if the account was closed/deleted you would get that it doesn't exist ("Couldn't find your Google account") AND can not be created (“That username is taken”).  See:  https://support.google.com/mail/answer/56256
