Partner-reported price issue

Partner-reported price violations will be deprecated as of January 31, 2024

The majority of partner-reported pricing issues were one-off price discrepancies that weren’t indicative in determining pricing patterns. We've made significant investments to improve price accuracy, and our tools now better identify patterns of inaccuracy.

As a result, and in pursuit of enhanced efficiency and scalability, we’ll begin to retire the Partner Reported Price Violations tool in Hotel Center as early as January 31, 2024.

We’ll continue to ensure that the prices on Google Hotels are accurate for all of our users and partners.

Additional FAQs:

While you may still see the 'Reported Issues' table in your Hotel Center account, please note that this feature is no longer operational (deprecated in January 2024). The information displayed in the table does not require any action from partners."

Internal only for the account manager: The internal team is evaluating the option to remove the table and the information displayed there, but we don't have a timeline for that to happen. Please disregard the information displayed in this table, as it is outdated.

The information displayed in the table is not up to date, meaning these properties may or may not be suspended. We are not able to provide information about the table's contents, as it is currently not operational.
