Track Give As You Live And PayPal Via GA4

Two queries if anyone could help, please?

1) Is it possible to track donations in GA/GAds for Give As You Live Donations -- perhaps by redirecting people back to a thank you page on your website after the donate? I can't find any documentation on this in GA or on the Give As You Live website.

2) Tracking PayPal transactions -- is there a GA4 update/equivalent for this https://support.google.com/grants/answer/9628112

Thank you.

1. I can't find anything on the GAYL website to indicate that you can connect your donation campaigns to Google Analytics. That would be ideal, then transaction and revenue data would be automatically sent to Analytics, and you could then import the "purchases" conversion into your Google Ads account. Suggest that you contact them and ask.

If that is not possible, then in GAYL can you redirect a successful donor to a thank you page on your own website? If so, you could create a custom event in GA4 to track views of that page and mark that as a conversion, and import that into Google Ads. Not the ideal solution, but better than nothing.

2. The Ad Grant support pages are generally outdated, and conversion guidance hasn't been updated for GA4. There are many articles about how to set up conversion tracking for PayPal & GA4 but I don't know which one to recommend.
