On March 21, 2023, My team submitted the post-campaign report, and we received a response to our inquiry on May 3, stating that we had fulfilled the program requirements and would receive our certificates at the end of May. However, as we find ourselves in September, four months later, I have been consistently raising concerns on the grants help website, having submitted more than 50 complaints about the certificate status.
