P-Max is a type of ad. You don't put it on your website. You create it in a Google Ads account.
"Now they are turned off."
If you did indeed create P-Max ads then that wasn't done in an Ad Grant. That must have been in a paid Google Ads account. Would that be correct?
"Would that history a problem? Can I receive Google Ad Grant?"
If you are given an Ad Grant account, that has no relationship to any paid account you own. So no, there's no problem.
It's as simple as this:
- You can run P-Max or any other type of ad campaign in a paid account.
- You cannot run P-Max in an Ad Grant account, only Search ads.

My initial information is that this will enable placement of ads across the entire Google network, not just search ads, so P-Max will work in grants accounts just as it does in paid accounts.
