Size up your wrist
Use millimeters for the most accurate measurements. If you're between sizes, choose the smaller size.

If you have a measuring tape |
Wrap it around your wrist for your measurement. |

If you don’t have a measuring tape |
Find something like string, dental floss, or maybe even a USB cord. Take that, wrap it around your wrist, and then lay it out on a ruler to find your measurement. |

| Stretch Band only: Use the Active Band that came with your device |
Clasp the Active Band where it feels comfortable. Check which hole is clasped, then find your stretch band size using the diagram to the right. |   |
