Broken Subscriptioin

Hello!
I subscribed to the NYTimes using a Google offer for a 4 month trial.  During signup I got a pop-up that said "We've experience a technical issue.  While your new subscription has been proceseed, it hasn't been linked to a New York TImes account".  NYTimes was not able to help saying they did not have my information in their system, and I have not been able to find a link to Google eNews customer support.  Google play shows the subscription as active, but when I click on the link I used to sign up, the offer is not the same.  Who can I contact to have Google fix this?

It doesn't get you back to the original offer, but if it comes to this, you can cancel your subscription. Information on that is here: 


Getting good customer support from Google can be problematic... the forum here is user to user help, I'm not a Google employee. 

There is a way to contact Google Play support, and I think that would be your best bet other than just cancelling it. Their contact link is at the bottom of this page: 


There's a possibility though that they may send you back here :(
