Start your scheduled meetings efficiently with the Calendar guest list in Google Meet. You can now quickly find participants who were invited to a Google Meet meeting but have yet to join the call. Additionally, you can find the RSVP status of everyone on the invite, including “optional” attendees. To confirm whether guests will join directly from Meet, you can easily reach out to individual guests through Chat.

How to view Calendar guest list in Google Meet
Important: This feature is only applicable if guests are invited through Calendar and only on a computer.
To view the Calendar guest list:
- Open Google Meet.
- At the bottom-right corner, click the People tab

- Optional: To send a message to a participant, click Chat

.Tip: Participants outside the host's organization are marked with a badge in the people panel. If external participants are present, there will also be a badge
in the upper left corner of the screen.
