Turning off examiners investigations

I saw a recommendation that I can turn off my approval that Google staff reviews my questions for quality improvement purposes.

Where exactly (link) do I find this setting?

Thank you.

I saw this document but cannot read 10 screens of text and check hundreds of links listed there.

I simply want to refuse providing my queries to Google for quality improvement purposes.

Is this activated by default (should be opt in in my opinion).

Where is the respective setting/button/link?

To stop future conversations from being reviewed or used to improve Google machine-learning technologies, turn off Gemini Apps activity. You can also review and delete past conversations in Gemini Apps activity.
