Step 1. Check your Fitbit device’s warranty
For issues you cannot fix or for lost or damaged devices, review your Fitbit device warranty using the Google Hardware Warranty Center.

Step 2. Replace your Fitbit device
Important:
- To obtain warranty service, you must follow Google's procedures. You must provide your name, contact information, and serial number. You may also be required to provide proof of purchase and answer our diagnostic questions about your Fitbit’s issues.

- Pick your support option based on your device’s warranty status or if you purchased Preferred Care coverage.
