To earn rewards in the UnitedHealthcare Motion program, you must reach at least 1 goal of frequency, intensity, or tenacity (FIT), per day:
- Frequency: Complete 500 steps in 7 minutes, 6 times per day, at least 1 hour apart.
- Intensity: Complete 3,000 steps in 30 minutes.
- Tenacity: Complete at least 10,000 steps.
Note that if you participate in the UnitedHealthcare Motion program through your employer or healthcare provider, the goals for your program may be slightly different.
