$400 off Samsung Galaxy S23

Question

I bought the S23 under this promo where I effectively got a $400 credit.  According to the Billing section in my Fi account, I have to "Stay active on Fi for 89 more days" in order to keep the credit.
Does this mean I have to keep this phone, or just the line?  I somehow didn't realize the Pixel 8 was just around the corner, and I'm thinking about trading the S23 in for a Pixel, but would be far less likely to do so if I also lose this $400.

The qualifications for fulfillment of the terms of the promotion would be stated in the printed version of the terms.  Read them carefully.  If after reading the terms you still have questions, contact Google Fi Support for verification.
