The monthly bill is a billing statement that details your charges

• The previous balance
• Payments
• Standard monthly charges
  • Simply Unlimited or Unlimited Plus: Prepay a monthly fee for unlimited calls, texts, and data.
  • Flexible: Prepay for calls and texts, and postpay data usage.
  • All plans: Monthly charges include phone subscription and device financing costs.
• Other charges and credits
  • Data charges: Charges for data used in the last month and charges not covered by your monthly plan.
  • Prorated charges or credit: Applies when you switch from Simply Unlimited to Unlimited Plus. For the Flexible plan if service was paused, suspended, or reactivated.
  • Service credits: Referral credits or credits added to your account.
  • Device protection: Charge for any phone enrolled in device protection.
  • Google Voice credit balance transfer: Credit transferred to Google Fi from Google Voice account.
• Taxes and regulatory fees
  • Sales tax
  • 911 emergency service fee
  • Federal and state Universal Service Fund assessments
  • Federal Regulatory Assessment fee
• Total amount due
  • This includes:
    • Charges from last month’s usage
    • Monthly plan charges
    • Any previously unpaid balance
    • Taxes and fees
  • Minus any credits from your previous balance, payments, and service credits.

Your monthly bill includes taxes and regulatory fees. These can depend on your location.

The total amount due is when you add the charges then subtract any credits.

Group plan billing

• Flexible:
  • For the owner, calls and texts are $20 per month.
  • For each additional member, $15 per month.
  • Data is $10 per GB.
• Unlimited: Priced per line, each member pays the same rate based on the number of people.
• Group bill: Group owner receives one bill. The device financing and device protection are charged to the owner.

Prepay and postpay

• Prepay:
  • Calls and texts on Flexible
  • Calls, texts, and data on Simply Unlimited or Unlimited Plus
• Postpay:
  • Data on Flexible
  • Extra services such as:
    • International calls
    • Roaming
    • Device protection
    • Device financing
    • Returning to full speeds data
    • Prorated cost after you switch from Simply Unlimited to Unlimited Plus
    • Prorated cost after you add group members

Pixel Pass billing

• Your Google Fi bill includes Google Fi plan and Pixel Pass subscription.
• The bill includes line items for your device, bundled products, and device protection.
• If you have subscriptions to bundled services before Pixel Pass, you’re no longer billed for them.

Billing cycle

• Existing Google Fi user: You keep your current billing cycle. Your Pixel Pass charges begin when the phone ships.
• New Google Fi user: Billing cycle begins when you activate your Pixel phone.
