Duo has been upgraded to Meet as the one app for video calling and Meetings. Learn more about updating your Duo app to get the upgrade to Meet. To view calling history and messages, you must use the new Meet app. Check which app version you're in: Android Users: In your app, at the top left, tap Menu > Help. Tap the 3 dot menu in the top right > Version info iOS users: Tap the 3 dot menu in the top right > Settings > About, terms, and privacy > Version OR at the top left, tap Menu > Settings > About. Your version will be listed at the top of this screen. If your version starts with “2022” for Android users or “9” for iOS users: You are in the Meet (original) appwhich doesn’t include your Duo calling history. To view your calling history and messages, open your updated Duo app. If your version starts with “17”: You are in the new Meet or updated Duo app and can view your calling history and messages. 2. Some users might have to also click on the “New” button from their homescreen to prompt their updated app to reload their history. This is a temporary step which will be fixed shortly in an upcoming release.
