Tip: Anti-virus software may prevent Google Chat from loading.

Make sure your browser doesn’t block these sites:

• chat.google.com
• mail.google.com/chat
• mail.google.com/sync
• chat.google.com/u/0/webchannel/register

Make sure that you have an internet connection.

Make sure that these domains aren't blocked by your network administrator:
