To maintain high quality information on Google, we may moderate Business Profiles and Business Profile content that violate our guidelines. You might have the option to appeal certain types of profile restrictions and content moderation decisions, including content rejections.
Before you begin
Submit an appeal
Important:
- If your Google Account or Business Profile is restricted, it must be reinstated before you can appeal any content decisions. Learn how to fix suspended or disabled profiles.
- Do not submit multiple appeals for the same issue before receiving a decision. You can check the status of your appeal using the Google Business Profile appeals tool below.
Appeals are handled differently for businesses located or operating within the European Economic Area (EEA). The 30 EEA countries are composed of the 27 European Union (EU) members and the 3 European Free Trade Association (EFTA) members. You can reference the following chart to help you understand which option is most appropriate for your situation.
