You can use Blogger mobile app to post, edit, save, and find your blog posts. Anyone with Android 5.0 and up can download the app.
Important: To post with the Blogger mobile app, you'll need to have a Google Account.
You can publish your posts from anywhere, anytime with the app. You can also save your post as a draft and edit it later on a computer, or edit it directly from the app on your computer. To change settings, layouts, or check your stats, you can use the Blogger dashboard on web.
What you can do on the app
When you sign in with your Google Account, you can browse, edit, and delete your published and draft posts. If you have admin or author permissions to multiple blogs, you can switch between them.
With the mobile app, you can:
- Create and publish new posts
- Save posts as a draft to finish later
- Set or edit the publishing date and time
- Share a link to your post using Android Share
- Open a blog or post in a browser
- Add photos to a post
- Add an account
- Switch between accounts and blogs
- Go to the Blogger Help Center
- Send in-app feedback
Create, edit & publish your posts
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Blogger app
.
- Sign in to your Google Account if you’re asked to.
- At the bottom right, tap Create post
.
- Enter a title.
- Draft your post body.
Tip: You can use the toolbar to bold, italicize, and underline text and add photos.
- To update your post body, in the top right, tap Update
.
- To categorize your post and tell others what it’s about, enter a label in the Labels field.
Tip: You can add more than one label to a post by separating each with a comma.
- At the top right, tap Publish
.
Tip: You can set or edit the date and time for each post. When the scheduled time comes, your post will automatically publish.
Save your post as a draft
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Blogger app
.
- Sign in to your Google Account if you’re asked to.
- Create a new post
- When you’re finished with your post but aren’t ready to publish, in the top left, tap More
.
- To delete your draft, tap Discard.
- To save your draft, tap Save as draft.
Set or edit publishing date & time
You can set a specific date and time for a blog to be published.
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Blogger app
.
- Sign in to your Google Account if you’re asked to.
- Go to the blog post you want to schedule.
- In the content editor, turn off Publish now?.
- Set the Publish at date and time.
- To select the desired date, use the date picker.
- To select the desired time, use the time picker.
Switch blogs
You can switch between multiple blogs created with the same Google Account.
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Blogger app

- Sign in to your Google Account if you’re asked to.
- At the top, tap your blog’s name.
- You can tap the blog you want to switch to from a drop-down list of all your blogs.
Add photos to a post

To add an account:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Blogger app
.
- Sign in to your Google Account if you’re asked to.
- At the top right, tap your Profile picture or initial
.
- In the General menu, tap your Profile picture or initial.
- Below “Manage your Google account,” tap Add an account.
- Sign in to your Google Account.
Switch accounts
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Blogger app
.
- Sign in to your Google Account if you’re asked to.
- At the top right, tap your Profile picture or initial
.
- In the General menu, tap your Profile picture or initial.
- Select the account you want to switch to.
What’s available only on the web
Since the mobile app helps you edit and publish your posts, some features are only available on the Blogger dashboard.
From the website, you can:
- Change the theme and layout of your blog
- Manage comments, AdSense, and pages
- Adjust your settings
- Find your blog’s stats
