Sony Bravia stuck after factory reset

Does anyone have a solution to this.

Sony bravia android stuck.

Did soft plug reset still stuck on black screen after logo

Did a factory reset. Set it up OK.

Had to do a remote restart and stuck again with same issue black screen after logo.

Can't even turn it off

Had to unplug and leave if

Very stressful took 3 hours to do all that.

Please help

Did you try this step, after unplug the socket from the wall. Hold the power button in the TV for 30-60 seconds and then try switch on

My bad, I suggest call the service personnel on your manufacturer support as we don't have many workaround.
