Blocking adult content from your device is not something google can do outside of their services, please contact your service provider to change the setting of the adult content block on your service.
Youtube & other Google products can feature age restrictions. To verify your age for youtube content, please see https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/3159776

Adult Content Blocks can only be lifted, or added by the bill payer for the phone service that you pay for internet access. Please contact your ISP, phone carrier, telecom company for assistance.
