To attempt to regain access to a consumer Gmail/Google account, use the following fully automated "self help" process. Only you can do this; we can't personally assist. There is no other way.
(Without accessible and updated recovery options - email, and/or more importantly a 'phone number, then recovery will be extremely difficult. Other conditions may also apply.)
- Google, for security reasons, won't send password or recovery links on demand - the account has to be recovered. Check the browser password manager, or a password app, if possible.
- Google don't give live support, a review, ask security questions, check "proof", ID, etc.
- You can't contact Google. Google won't contact you. Google can't check account details.
- Recovery tips here (especially "Let's be realistic") and here. Read and use these!
- Then, if needed, click https://support.google.com/accounts/troubleshooter/2402620
- If possible, use same device, network, IP that previously worked, no VPN.
- 2SV/FA/Google Authenticator issues? Read this page and this page.
If recovery fails, wait at least 168 hours before attempting again. If that doesn't work, Google, to protect your account, won't be able to return access. (Google AI makes these decisions, we don't.) There are no other recovery options.
