Account recovery is the only option provided by Google to recover your account; Google does not provide other options. Hence, if you want to recover your account, you will have to go through account recovery.
Before going through account recovery, make sure to take note of the recommended steps you need to follow when going through account recovery:

- Tips to complete your account recovery: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7299973
- For additional info, you may also check this article: http://gmailaccountrecovery.blogspot.com/.
- Kindly use account recovery from previous logged in location/ip address and used device for your Gmail/Google account as Google will also check it in the backend.
- Try to clear your browser cache or use a different browser from the same location and used device as well.
- If you are unable to provide one of the verification details such as 2sv or backup code or recovery phone or email address, you may skip it by selecting "Try another way" in account recovery.
- If you cannot provide any of the requested recovery details and unable to use account recovery from previous logged in location and device, the account probably will not be recovered or lost. There are no other options.

If you have completed the account recovery and received a reply that the account cannot be recovered, there is nothing else I can do to assist as Google has rejected your request to regain access to that account. Google does not provide any further options to recover that account (in other word, the account is lost).
You may try to go through account recovery again once every few days. Before you go through another account recovery, you might want to check the help articles in my first post for recommended steps and tips to complete account recovery.
Account recovery is the only option provided by Google. If you are unable to complete the account recovery, then the account can not be recovered/lost.

You might have attempted account recovery many times in the last 24 hours. Try to wait for one week before attempting another account recovery (do not attempt to sign in or submit account recovery during the one week period).
After you wait for one week, kindly use the account recovery: https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery from previous logged in location/ip address, used device/computer for the account as Google will also check those in the backend when you go through account recovery. Try to clear your browser cache or use a different browser from the same location and used device as well.

Hello,
Google does not provide live support via phone or email for recovery of @gmail.com accounts. Account recovery is the only option provided by Google. If you are unable to recover the account via account recovery, then the account is lost. Google does not provide other ways.
