If you notice somebody leaving a spammy comment on a video, you can mark it as spam. Make sure it’s truly a spammy content; those who misuse the “Flag for spam” feature may be prevented from using YouTube.
To mark a comment as spam, hover your mouse over the comment. Then, click the down arrow icon that appears and select Flag for spam.
