If a user has comments enabled on their Channel, you can leave a comment by navigating to their Channel Feed tab and posting in the text field.
Please note: The Channel owner has the option to make the Feed tab the default view when you visit their Channel, but this is not always the case. If you find yourself on the Featured or Videos tabs, simply click the Feed tab at the top of the page. The Channel Feed is the activity center of every Channel, and the publishing center for posting and viewing comments. You can post Channel comments into the Channel Feed once you are on the Feed tab.
