Android devices
All movies and TV shows purchased on YouTube can be streamed or downloaded for offline viewing on your supported Android device using the Play Movies & TV app.
Please note that once a video is downloaded for offline viewing, it will become unavailable for streaming. Downloaded movie rentals are not permanent—these downloads also expire according to the rental period of that particular title.

Movies and TV shows purchased on YouTube are not available for streaming over the YouTube app on mobile devices. Instead, they are available to stream and/or download on the Movies & TV app of select Android devices. -
TV using computer output
Since different computers come with different formats of video output and different televisions have different inputs, you should check with your manufacturer documentation. Generally speaking, you should connect the audio/video output(s) of your computer to the audio/video inputs of your television and adjust monitor resolution accordingly in your computer's video settings.
