What does the 'Enable Web Claiming' setting do?

This feature appears on the User Accounts page in your Account Settings.

If you select the 'Enable Web Claiming' checkbox, then you will be able manually claim a video in that YouTube user account. You will also be able to assign a policy for the video. You can also enable the auto claiming feature if you want YouTube to automatically assign your default usage and match policies to uploaded videos.

If you do not check the box, then you'll need to upload videos to your Content Manager account by posting those videos to your SFTP dropbox account, if you have one.
