Playables are games that you can play directly on YouTube on all devices.
Get started on Playables
Playables can be found on the Playables shelf on the YouTube Home page or directly on the Playables destination page, which is reachable from the Explore menu. You can also find Playables using Search and in the You tab after saving a game to play later. To share the game from a card or while playing, select the three dot More Share.
To start playing, click on any of the game cards to jump into the gameplay. On certain devices only, you can play games and enjoy watching or listening to YouTube content in the background with full control of video playback through the miniplayer.
We’re always adding more games, so be on the lookout for new titles.

Playables availability
Currently, Playables is an experimental feature rolled out to select users in eligible countries/regions. In addition, some users in these areas may not see Playables discoverable on YouTube but may still be able to access them through shareable links unique to each game. Our goal is to expand availability in the future.
Game progress, best scores, and saved history
Game progress will be saved automatically and synced across any supported device where you’re logged into your YouTube account.
Your saved progress for each game is stored in YouTube History > Interactions. There is only one save file per game and your game progress won’t be used for recommendations. If you delete a game save file, you’ll lose all progress for that game across all devices.
Your all-time best score for each game is also stored in YouTube History > Interactions. This is stored separately from game progress, so deleting a saved score does not delete the game progress, and vice versa.
If you don’t see saved progress and/or scores for a specific game in YouTube History > Interactions, it means the game does not store this data in YouTube History.
Playables history is stored in YouTube History, where it's easy to find games you recently played. When it’s turned on, history allows us to provide relevant game recommendations. You can control your Playables history by deleting or turning off your history. Any games that you play while history is turned off won't show up in YouTube History.
