Get speed limit alerts

Turn on the speedometer to see how fast you're driving. If you go over the speed limit, the speedometer will turn red and you'll get an alert.

1. Open Waze
2. Tap
3. Tap Settings
4. Tap Speedometer
5. Turn on "Show on map"
6. Set your speedometer preferences:
   • Tap Show speed limit and select when you want to see the speed limit
   • Tap Speeding threshold and select what Waze should consider speeding
   • Turn on "Alert when speeding" to hear a sound when you reach the speed limit

Note: If you're using an Android Auto unit or Carplay, make sure to disconnect your phone before setting these preferences.
