In-car features

We offer several in-car features to provide a comfortable riding experience. Feel free to use the window controls and passenger screens throughout the trip. All other controls are off-limits. Our service offers a number of helpful features to everyone, including those with accessibility needs.

Get going

When you're ready to go, tap START RIDE on the passenger screen or on your app.

Get music

Enjoy your ride while you play music from a selection of iHeartRadio stations on the passenger screen. You can also play music or audio directly from your phone. Check out Play music to learn more.

Get comfortable

Adjusting the temperature

You can adjust the temperature in the vehicle between 59 and 83 degrees.

2. Tap Temperature 
   1. Adjust the fan between off, low, medium, high, and auto

Get help

Connect to Rider Support any time. Press the Call support button on the passenger screen, or call through the “Support” tab from your Waymo One app.

Get out

If at any time you want to end your ride early, tap the Pull over button in your app or on the passenger screen, and the car will find a safe spot to stop. 

Unless it’s at the very end of your ride, Rider Support may call in to check to make sure everything is okay.
