Note on subscriptions: If you have a subscription, the subscription fee will always be charged to the original credit/debit card you used to buy the subscription, even if you delete the credit/debit card information from Google Wallet or change your default card. You can make purchases through Google Wallet using a credit, debit, or gift card with the following logos:
If you're based in the United States, you can make purchases on Google Play using your Google Wallet Balance. Additionally, some customers may be able to purchase applications from Google Play using direct carrier billing. US users can also link a bank account to Google Wallet to send money to friends and family or to top up their Google Wallet Balance. The types of cards accepted through Google Wallet are based on the seller's location. Other types of payments, such as checks, money orders, and direct bank account debit, aren't currently accepted. If a seller does not accept a particular form of payment from a country, there will be a yellow box on the Secure Wallet with Google page. Note: Google Wallet does not accept wire transfers/bank transfers or payments via Western Union/Money Gram, nor does it use any escrow type of payment. Still having trouble? We're here to help:

You can update your home address at any point of time, including changing to a different country. Please enter your business address if you’re representing a company. To update your home address, follow these steps:
Note: You'll need to sign new Terms of Service if the country on record has changed. For legal reasons, we need to serve the right Terms of Service based on where you reside. If you’d like to delete Google Wallet from your Google Account, please first be aware of the following:
If you’d still like to delete your Google Wallet, please get in touch with a representative. If you requested to close your account and would like to reopen it, please first check your email for your original account closure request. You can follow up directly to this email to request reopening your account. If you can’t find your original closure request email, contact us via one of the methods below. If you're based in the US, you may associate one bank account to your Google Wallet after you've received money from friends or family and gone through the Identity Verification process.
