From your computer, you can print a copy of your tasks.
Print a task list
- Go to Gmail, Calendar, Chat, Drive, or a file in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides.
- On the right, in the side panel, click Tasks .
- If you don’t see the side panel, click Show side panel in the bottom right of the screen.
- At the top, click the Down arrow .
- Select the list you want to print.
- Tip: To print your complete tasks, at the bottom of the list, click Completed.
- Next to "Add a task," click List options .
- Click Print list.
Tip: You can also use a keyboard shortcut to print tasks.

- For Mac: ⌘ + p
