Most items that you buy from Google Store are eligible for return. You can return the items within 15 days from the time you received them. Learn more about Google Store return policy.

Return an Item #2 | Google Store
Start your return
- Find the item you want to return in your Order History.
- Under the order, select View or edit order.
- On the "Order Details" page, go to your order.
- In your order, select Return.
Tips:
- If you're unable to return an item, you've passed the return period for your device or your delivery carrier hasn’t been dispatched yet. If it hasn’t been dispatched, you can cancel or change your order.
- If you purchased from an approved third-party retailer, contact the retailer to return.
Prepare to ship your return
Important: If you purchase two items that come in one shipment, you need to return each one individually in its own box with its own return label.
Ship your item through the paperless option
Step 1: Get your return codeIf eligible for refund: To get your return code, select Paperless Return after you submit your return request through the "Order Details" page.
- You'll receive the return code in the confirmation email.
If eligible for replacement: You’ll receive your return code via email once your replacement RMA has been created.
Important: Transfer, back up, or erase all data on the item and then reset it to factory settings. Google isn’t responsible for the use or disclosure of data on the item.
- Include these items in your package:
- The box your purchase came in.
- The item or accessory.
- If eligible for refund: Include other accessories, documentation, and anything else that came with the item.
- If eligible for replacement: Only include the item you’re exchanging.
- Remove these items from your package:
- SIM card
- Item cases
- Extended batteries
- Accessories that didn’t come with the item
- Bring your package and confirmation email with the return code to a FedEx-supported drop-off location. Find FedEx locations.
- Present the return code to the clerk and they'll print your shipping label and ship your item.
- If eligible for refund: After the return product is inspected, a refund can take about 1–14 business days.
- If eligible for replacement: After the item is received and inspected, a replacement item will be shipped.
Tip: You can't reuse a promotional code after an item is returned.
Ship your item with a printed shipping label
Step 1: Prepare your shipping label & return slipTo print your delivery label, click Print shipping label Print return slip.
- You'll also get an email with this information.
- To find the shipping label, search your email for the RMA number.
- To print your shipping label, go back to the Order Details.
