If you are still unable to locate your license please use the form below to contact our sales support team. Please provide as much information about the license as possible including the registered user name, registered email address, serial number and order number listed on your receipt.
I purchased SketchUp Pro a few hours ago but still have not received my license.
Your SketchUp Pro order is likely under review by the Google Checkout team. This review is for your protection to validate the credit card purchase. Typically these reviews are completed within 6-8 hours, however the review can take longer. If your order is approved, you will receive your SketchUp Pro license shortly after. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified via email and you may retry your purchase via our online store.

I work on two or more computers, how can I put SketchUp Pro on both machines?
Assuming both machines have the same base operating system, either Windows or Mac OSX, you may authorize SketchUp Pro on those machines provided you are the only user of SketchUp Pro. You may not share your license with other users per the license agreement or have SketchUp Pro open on both machines at one time.

My new computer has a different platform (Windows, Mac OSX). How can I switch my SketchUp Pro license to work with my new computer?
You can convert a SketchUp Pro license from one platform to another for a transfer fee. Please contact the SketchUp Sales team using the form below.
