Advanced Permissions
The Advanced Permissions section can only be edited by the owner, and allow the owner to entitle collaborators to take these actions:
- Make the collection publicly viewable as well as invite other users to be collaborators or viewers
- Delete the collection
The Shared Status Section
This section tells you the status of your collection: whether it's shared and who it's shared with. If there is at least one viewer or collaborator, here's what the owner (or a sufficiently entitled collaborator) can do:
- Email everyone registered as a viewer or collaborator of this collection
- Create an event with collaborators or viewers (launches a separate calendar invite)
- Delete collaborators or viewers one at time
- Remove all collaborators or viewers
These options can be edited at any time by clicking Share on the collection page.
