- Position a block on a building. Refer to Creating a one-block building for further information. The following image shows a block constrained at four points:
Note: Notice that three of the front-most points are hidden behind a tree. - Press and hold the Shift key.
- Hover the cursor over a line. The cursor changes to an arrow with a hollow circle on Microsoft Windows (
) or arrow with a solid circle on Mac OS X (
). - Click on the line. A line constraint is created. The following image shows a block with a line constraint:
- Adjust the line to the image:
- Move the cursor over the line constraint. The cursor changes to a cross (
) . - Click-and-hold the left mouse button. The point is attached to the cursor.
- Move the cursor. The line moves with the cursor.
- Position the line over one of the building's edges, such as the lower-left edge.
- Release the mouse button. The line constraint is constrained.
