SketchUp

Some files can crash LayOut 2 when opened. To work around this issue, we suggest these steps:

1. Download and install SketchUp Pro 8. This will install LayOut version 3 on your computer which fixed this issue.
2. Open LayOut 3.
3. Click File > Open and navigate to the LayOut file that is crashing.
4. When the file opens, click through each Page in the document.
5. Click File > Save As...
6. Choose LayOut Version 2 from the Save as type drop-down menu on Windows or File Format drop-down menu on Mac.
7. Click Save.
8. Close LayOut 3 and try opening the file in LayOut 2.
