A dynamic profile is essential to all dynamic creatives as it contains a group of dynamic data fields that constitute the dynamic content. Each dynamic profile is identified by a unique ID.
When you add a new profile, the Step 1: New Profile tab is activated and highlighted green in the Dynamic Content workflow bar across the top of the display. These highlights help guide you through the seven-step workflow.
To add a new profile:
- Go to the Dynamic Content tab in the DoubleClick Studio Web UI.
- Click +New profile.
- Enter a Profile name.
- (Optional) Enter a profile Description to add context or detail about the profile.
- Click Create >> to proceed to Step 2: Manage Data in the Dynamic Content workflow
