We recently launched a renewals program for some of our legacy customers. As part of the process, we sent new payment instructions about a month ago to your Google Checkout account. If your automated payment is declined, you can update it. However, if you take no action within 30 days, we will suspend your account. You'll still receive messages, albeit unfiltered. Here are a few things to keep in mind about the new renewals process:
- We've sent some emails updating your account if you still have not yet paid. These are sent to the Google Checkout account that you used to purchase our services last year.
- As part of our move to a more efficient and scalable billing system, we've created a Billing Console login for you.
You'll need to configure a Billing Console administrator in order to make the process move along; we sent you the information about a month ago to your Google Checkout administrator account. This link is the lynchpin. Please ensure that you copy and paste the entire URL. We have a unique key for each domain, and it's possible that the URL got cut off. If you're looking at your archived email, search for this subject line: 'New billing console for yourdomain.com'.
Once you've created your Billing Console administrator, you can access your Billing Console here: http://www.google.com/a/YOURDOMAIN.COM
- You must have a valid Google Checkout account--and credit card information--to complete your purchase. You can use this manual renewal link to return to the payment page if it didn't work out the last time:
(where 'lemurfan.com' is the name of your domain)
Once your transaction is processed, your account should unsuspend itself. Please note that it could take a day to verify your transaction, once everything's entered properly. We're sorry for any delay that might arise.
