Question: How can I reset an Administration Console or Message Center password?
Solution: You can find instructions for resetting a forgotten password in the Administration Guide:
If a user recieives a generic Postini system error message right after a successful login, this means that the user in question does not have Modify privileges in his/her User Access configuration. He/she must have those privileges to be able to set a new password.
