Here’s how the program works:
- Pointy, part of Google, works with a 3rd party recycling partner who accepts Pointy Boxes devices models 2G or 4G.
(regions: The US, Canada and Europe)
- Before you send any devices to our 3rd party recycling partner, make sure that you:
- Disconnect your Pointy device and remove any cable or accessory attached to it.
- If you have more than one, please make sure that you are recycling the correct device - Pointy Box has a serial number on the side (label).
- Only Pointy devices can be recycled - no cables, accessories, etc.
- Once our 3rd party recycling partner has received your device, it will become property of the recycling partner. This means that you won't be able to get them back if you change your mind after the recycling partner has received them.

To recycle your Pointy device, please follow the steps below:

- Request a free shipping label. Our third party recycling partner will send a postage-paid shipping label right to your inbox.
