As a verified Google Places business owner, you can publicly respond to reviews posted directly on Google in the "Reviews from everyone" section on your Google+ page. Reviews in the "Reviews from around the web" section are syndicated from review sites across the web. If you’d like to respond to a review in this section, please refer to the respective site.
First, we’d recommend reading our handy tips on how to respond to reviewers. Then take a stab at responding, by following the instructions below.
- Sign in to your Google Account. Be sure it is the account that has claimed your business listing.
- Visit your listing’s Google+ page.
- Scroll to the reviews section.
- Click Respond and write a response. Don’t forget our guidelines for responding.
- Click Publish.
