Picasa and Picasa Web Albums

Here's how to add name tags in Picasa Web Albums:

1. Navigate to the photo you'd like to tag.
2. Hover over it and you should see 'Click to name.' If not, click the Add People button and reposition and resize the outline over your contact's face.
3. Click the face outline, enter a name in the text field that appears, then click Apply.
