You may request a refund from Google for an unused offer within 5 years of purchase for any reason. After 5 years, we issue refunds in accordance with applicable local law and/or at our discretion.

All refunds are automatically returned to the credit/debit card used at the time of purchase and will not be issued as credit to your Google Offers account.
