Our refund policy is simple: you can receive a refund for unredeemed purchased vouchers within 5 years of purchase, except in cases where the offer was for a One-time Event and the event date has passed. Request refunds for your Google Offers here, even if your offer was sourced by one of our partner deal providers.
If you’ve already used an offer but had a bad experience, please let us know, and we’ll review the case. In general, we encourage that you first try resolving the issue with the business owner directly. However, if the business is not responsive, you can contact us.
Note that if you forget to use your offer before the redemption period ends, you may be able to redeem the offer for the original purchase price. For example, if you bought a $20 offer for $10, you may still be able to apply $10 towards the service provided by the business owner.
All refunds are automatically returned to the credit/debit card used at the time of purchase.
If your bank declines our refund, either:
- Contact your card-issuing bank to determine the reason for the decline OR
- Sign into Google Wallet and update your credit/debit card
Before you try to get a refund, why not consider giving your offer to a friend first? Just print out the offer voucher and give it to that one friend whose birthday you forgot. Pssst! Read more about gifting offers!
If your friends don't like awesome bargains, and you still want a refund, please request a refund.
