Get the most out of Google News

Once your site is approved for inclusion in Google News, allow a few days for your request to be processed, then follow these steps:

  1. Confirm that we're including your articles
    To find articles from your site in Google News, you can use our [site:] operator. Simply enter "site:" followed by the domain of your site and click the search button. Check out our tips for searching new window to learn more information.

  2. Add your site to the Webmaster Tools
    If you haven't done so yet, we strongly recommend that you to visit Google Webmaster Central new window, create a Webmaster Tools account and add your news site to it.   3. Create a Google News sitemap
