To set Google News as your browser's homepage, just follow the browser-specific instructions below.

Chrome

1. Click the spanner icon on the browser toolbar.
2. Select Options (Preferences on Mac and Linux; Settings on a Chromebook).
3. Click the Basics tab. In the "Home page" section type [ http://news.google.co.uk ].

Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE)

1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
2. Make sure you're on the General tab.
3. In the Home page section, type [ http://news.google.co.uk ] in the text box.
4. Click OK.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Select Options from the Tools menu.
2. Click General.
3. In the Home Page section, type [ http://news.google.co.uk ] in the text box.
4. Click OK.
