First, make sure that you're signed in to Google News when you make your customizations and when you want to view your customized edition.
If your personalized Google News edition was for another country, you'll need to view that specific edition.
If you're on the correct country edition but your personalizations aren't showing, you've likely used the wrong login. If you recently renamed a conflicting account, you may need to use the new username to sign in.
You can also try recreating your Google News settings in your account.
