Basic eligibility requirements

To use Google Customer Reviews, your checkout flow must include a separate order confirmation page and meet the following technical requirements:

  • Your platform must allow you to add JavaScript code to all of your site’s web pages.
  • During checkout, some e-commerce platforms redirect customers away from the store's domain and to their own third-party domain (for example, Shopify or CoreCommerce). If you use such a platform, you must redirect customers back to an order confirmation page on your store's domain after they've completed the checkout process.
  • Your site’s order confirmation page must be encrypted (for example, only accessed using HTTPS).
Note: To participate in Google Customer Reviews, consent to the agreement for your country. You can review the agreement when you sign up.

Policies

Google Customer Reviews policies provide guidance for participants that help protect users and maintain the integrity of your brand and Google’s brand. To ensure you understand the expectations, review the Google Customer Reviews policies.
